You are responsible for all betting and financial activity carried out from your account. Allowing a third party to use your account is a violation of these Terms.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳200.

When making a deposit, you must use your own mobile banking or bank account. Deposits through a third party are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframe

Accepted withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

Identity verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal request is processed. If verification is delayed, the withdrawal may also be temporarily held.

4.3 Source of Funds

Users must confirm that the funds they are depositing have been earned from a legitimate source. In the case of suspicious transactions, bigtaka agent may request proof and may suspend the transaction if necessary.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000. To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times — meaning ৳25,000 in bets must be placed for a ৳1,000 bonus.

A bonus is not a cash reward. Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. bigtaka agent reserves the right to cancel a bonus if evidence of bonus abuse is found.

5.2 General Terms for Promotional Offers

• Each promotional offer must be used within its specified time limit.
• The same user may not claim the same offer more than once.
• Bonuses apply only to the account under whose name registration was made.
• Offers and promotions may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
• bigtaka agent reserves the right to cancel any bonus or offer at its discretion.

The bigtaka agent VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Moving to a higher tier increases the weekly cashback rate.

6.1 Cashback Details

Weekly cashback is calculated based on the total net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings). Maximum cashback rates by tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

For example: if a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 cashback.

6.2 Tier Changes

Promotion to a higher VIP tier is based on betting volume and regularity. bigtaka agent reserves the right to make changes to cashback and VIP benefits at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Using the account for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Placing artificial bets or abusing the system to obtain bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorization.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Attempting to influence the support team through threats, harassment, or abusive behavior.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or operating an account with their funds.

8.1 bigtaka agent's Rights

bigtaka agent reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• If the information provided is found to be false or incomplete.
• If suspicious financial activity or signs of fraud are detected.
• Due to technical issues or security risks.

8.2 User Request to Close Account

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact the support team. Any ongoing bets will be settled and pending withdrawals processed before the account is closed.

9.1 Technical Issues

If a round is left incomplete during gameplay due to a technical issue, bigtaka agent will review system logs to make a decision. Server records will be considered the final evidence.
